ROOTED IN PETRA, SHARED THROUGH FOOD

Founded in 2004 by Eid Nawafleh, Petra Kitchen began with a simple idea: to introduce visitors to Jordanian life through cooking and sharing a meal. Bringing travelers together with local chefs, our kitchen celebrates the recipes, traditions, and hospitality of our community.

Our goal is to keep these culinary traditions alive, support local producers, and create meaningful connections between people. With every dish we prepare together, we invite our guests to take a little of Jordan home.

LOCAL FOOD, LASTING CONNECTIONS

Fresh local ingredients and the people who prepare them are at the heart of Petra Kitchen. Through cooking, conversation, and a shared table, we celebrate the culinary traditions of Jordan and our connection to the Petra community.

Whether you’re discovering Jordanian cuisine for the first time or simply enjoy cooking with others, you’ll leave with recipes to recreate and memories to share.
